I previously contributed to the Platform/Identity team at Intuit as one of eight identity subject-matter experts. I focused on creating user-friendly, data-driven identity experiences that helped over 100 million customers manage their profiles, sign-in methods, and verify both personal and business identities.

My work required deep cross-functional collaboration, providing expertise across platform capabilities like identity verification, account management, sign-in systems, and network directory experiences—using customer insights to uncover new opportunities for the business.

Before Intuit, I worked at UNUM, a leading employee benefits provider supporting more than 45 million U.S. workers and their families. There, I gained experience in Microsoft enterprise environments, workforce management tools, and designing technology that helps training and performance managers improve learning, staffing, and contact center operations.
